Crossing The Creek (2014)
Background: Almost fourty years ago my grandfather and four friends bought a creek. The creek is around 10km long and the beginning is at a sea level of 1250m. In 2013 I became the co-owner of the creek and I thought it’s a good idea to make a short video.
I shot the video with the Canon C100 with the internal AVCHD-Codec because it’s ok for the web and I didn’t get my ordered Atomos Blade in time. I used the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 lens for almost every shot. For 4-5 shots I used the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 and the Canon 100mm f2.8 IS.
For the slides I used for the first time the Konova K5 with to Manfrotto tripods. The underground was really rough and I shot some scenes standing in the middle of the river, so it was tricky to do the slides.
